Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge, microwave, breakfast bar with seating for 2 plus dining table for 4.
Living Rooms: Lounge with double sofa bed, CD player/radio, comfy seating, books of local interest.
All towels and linen included, changed fortnightly.
Cleaning on changeovers. Additional cleaning by request.

Situated all on one level with access via three entrance steps (not suitable for wheelchair users).
Full heating suitable for winter letting.

Extras available by request: room fans, cot, high chair. Secure lock up for motor cycles and bicycles.
